Orders:

Orders may be collected or delivered.

Orders cancelled after 48 hours before collection/delivery/event date are not entitled to a refund. If you wish to cancel an order, it must be before 48 hours prior to  collection/delivery/event date. We make fresh cannoli and therefore don’t want our high quality ingredients to go to waste. This also applies to amended orders. 

Returns:

We do not accept returns, we’re confident you’re going to love our cannoli. 

Allergies:

All of our cannoli may contain nuts. However, our Ferrero Rocher Inspired, Pistachio cannoli, Classic cannoli and Raffaello cannoli definitely contain nuts.

All of our cannoli contain gluten and lactose, they are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Please see our product ingredients list below for further details.
